Recipe: Wholesome Soup with Pasta

Yield: 1 servings
3 c Water
1 c Mixed vegetables chopped in
-- medium sized
-- pieces
1/4 ts Ginger; garlic crushed
2 ts Cornflour mixed in 1/4 cup
-- water
1/2 ts Green chilli sauce
1/4 ts Soya sauce
4 Tiny pasta; (4 to 5)
1 tb Grated cheese
Salt to taste
Place the vegetables and water, in a deep microwave proof dish.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Mix the cornflour paste, sauces, salt, ginger, garlic together.
Add to the soup, mix well.
Crush pasta, before adding to the soup.
Add and mix thoroughly.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring once in between.
Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
Serve steaming hot with warm garlic rolls or bread.
Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 3-4 servings
