Recipe: White Wine Pasta Sauce with Chicken

Yield: 1 servings
1 1/2 c Milk
1/2 c White wine
8 tb Flour; sifted
2 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Fennel seed
1/4 ts Oregano
2 tb Onion; finely chopped
1 tb Celery; finely chopped
2 tb Mushrooms; finely chopped
1 c Boneless skinless chicken
-- breasts; cut into 3/4"
-- cubes
Brown chicken.
Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
This is great with Rotini or Rigotoni, but you favourite pasta will do.
I made this up in class one day, and haven't had the time to play with it since, so any suggestions, or ideas would be gladly accepted.
