Recipe: Unbelievable Peanut Butter Cookies

Yield: 2 Dozen 

      1 c  Peanut butter
           -- smooth or chunky-
      1 c  Sugar
      1    Egg
      1 ts Vanila

Mix together with fork. Roll into balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet and press with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove from sheet while still warm. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V3 #261
