Recipe: Unbaked Oatmeal Cookies

3 c Quick rolled oats
1 c Coconut
1/4 c Cocoa

2 c Sugar
1 Cube butter
1/2 c Milk
1/8 ts Salt
Mix part 1 in large bowl. Put together part 2 in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients. Mix well and drop by tsp. on waxed paper. Let stand about an hour until firm. Posted to EAT-L Digest 14 Sep 96
