Recipe: Taco Bell Sauce

      1 cn (6 oz) tomato paste
      3 c  Water
      2 ts Cayenne pepper

1 1/2 Chili powder
2 1/2 ts Salt 

      2 ts Cornstarch
      2 ts White vinegar
      2 tb Minced dried onion
