Recipe: Taco Bake

Yield: 1 Servings

      1 lb Lean ground meat
      1 md Onion, chopped
      1    Envelope taco seasoning mix
      1 cn (16 oz) tomato sauce
      1 cn (16 oz) whole kernel corn,
           -- drained
      2 c  Cheddar or process American
           -- cheese, shredded
      2 c  Biscuit mix
      1 c  Milk
      2 lg Eggs

Here are a few Biscuit recipes that came from" Betty Crocker, Bisquick makes it Easy"

Heat oven to 325 degrees, and grease a rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches Cook ground beef and onion in 1- inch skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Spoon into pan; sprinkle with cheese. Mix remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over beef mixture. Bake about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.Cool 10 minutes before cutting, Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired.
