Recipe: Taboule Primavera

Yield: 4 Servings
5 1/4 oz Pkg Taboule Wheat Salad Mix;
-- (Near East)
1 c Chopped tomatoes
1 c Carrots; shredded
1 c Black beans; rinsed/drained
1/4 c Chopped fresh basil
2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Extra-virgin olive oil
Feta cheese; crumbled
Prepare taboule as directed on package; cover. Refrigeratoe 30 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese, cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servins. Prep Time: 10 minutes, Refrigerate: 2 1/2 hours. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com
