2 Lg bunches parsley; finely
Chopped (about 4 c)
2 Ripe tomatoes; chopped

1/3 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Freshly ground black pepper
1 Head iceberg lettuce;
Separated into leaves
