Recipe: Radish And Horseradish Relish

Yield: 1 servings

      1 tb Grated horseradish
      1 tb Capers; chopped
      1    Clove garlic; crushed
      1 tb Red wine vinegar
      3 tb Extra virgin olive oil; (3
           -- to 4)
    175 g  Radishes; sliced (6oz)
      1    Cucumber; sliced
           Freshly ground salt and
           -- mixed peppercorns
           -- to taste

Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Heat the oil in a wide pan or wok and then quickly stir-fry the radished and cucumber until golded but crisp. Add the horseradish mixture and let it bubble whilst seasoning well.

Serve immediately with any chargrilled (or even cold) meats.
