Recipe: Quick And Easy Hummus

--------------------GENERAL-------------------------
1 432 gram can chick peas;
-- (14oz)
2 tb Tahini
125 g Virtually fat free fromage
-- frais; (4oz)
1/2 Lemon; juice of
2 Garlic cloves; crushed
------------------TO GARNISH-----------------------
1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
Place all the ingredients, except the olive oil and the parsley, in a blender or food processor and blend to a smooth puree.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
Drizzle over the olive oil, and then garnish with the parsley.
