Recipe: Key Lime Cheesecake

Yield: 6 Servings
8 oz Cream cheese
1 cn Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/3 c Key lime juice*
1 Prepared graham cracker
Crust
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk. Fold in lime juice. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill until firm. May be served with whipped cream or dessert topping or with fresh fruit. * about 4 large fresh limes
NOTE. For a lemom pie, use 1/2 cup lemon juice.
