Recipe: Italian White Bean Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

2 cn Cannellini beans
1/2 c Olive oil
1 ts Basil
2/3 c Red onion, chopped 

      1 ts Salt
      2 tb Wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients and toss well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
