Recipe: Freezer Slaw

Yield: 8 Servings
1 Head cabbage
1 Green bell pepper
1 Small onion
2 c Sugar
2 tb Salt
1 ts Celery seed
1/2 c Vinegar
Grate vegetables.
Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over vegetables. Mix, pack and freeze.
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remains crisp and is delicious.
