Recipe: Ernest's Special Daiquiri
Yield: 1 servings
2 oz Light rum 1 ts Grapefruit juice 1 ts Maraschino liqueur Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 c Crushed ice
In a blender or a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. This recipe yields 1 serving.
