Recipe: Dry Rub for Poultry 1
Categories: Smoker, Chicken
Yield: 2 Lb chicken
2 ts Salt
2 ts Black pepper; I halved this
2 ts Paprika
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Sage leaves; or rosemary
1 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 ts Lemon peel; grated
Mix fresh just before using. Rub on chicken or turkey before barbecuing.
