Recipe: Double Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

Yield: 16 Servings

      1 pk Kosher Brownie Mix; 22.5 oz.
      8 oz Cream Cheese
      1    Egg
    1/3 c  Sugar
      1 ts Vanilla

1/2 c Chocolate Chips

Recipe By : Jacqueline Glasgow, Beaufort House B & B, Asheville, NC

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13" baking pan.

Make the brownie mix as directed and pour into pan. Beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer in a separate bowl until well combined. Drop the cream cheese mixture by tablespoons on top of the brownie mixture. Swirl the mixture together with the end of a knife. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the entire mixture.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cream cheese is slightly golden. Let cool for 20 minutes. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to chill before cutting into squares.

Hi!

I was slated to make the dessert for this coming Passover, and they actually told me they wanted Brownie Cheesecake Kosher for Passover.  I didn't know what I was going to do.  I never heard of such a delicious thing on Passover.  I didn't know this recipe existed!  But if it is anything like it sounds, I will be making it every year... even when we don't go to somebody elses Sedar!  Anyway, Thank you very much for posting your recipe!  This page was a great help.  A huge success!
