Recipe: Diced Apple Salad

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Diced apples
1/2 c Diced celery
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Sugar

Combine apples, celery, nuts, and raisins in a salad bowl. In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise and sugar together; beat until creamy. If needed, stir in a teaspoon of milk to thin. Pour dressing over salad and stir to coat.
