Recipe: Dak Lemon Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf
1 package yeast 3 cups bread flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup butter 3/4 cup milk, scalded 1 egg plus 1 yolk 1/4 tsp lemon extract 2 tsp lemon peel (dried or fresh grated)
Put into pan in order and set for white bread.
